The sign indicating the existence of this PROW is missing. I thought it was the back entrance to a private house until I found it on the map. It is the closest green space to my house for walking my dogs and as a recent resident, was hard to find. There are other recent residents to the area that didn't know of its existence so replacing the sign that indicates its location would help residents, and possibly tourists also.

False drop curb in-place., 29th April
It has came to my attention in unfortunate manner a fake dropped curb being used as a ramp this is classed as a obstruction to vehicles and also a tripping hazard as I had lost my footing when I was trying to cross the road I am a disabled man and this has caused me much stress, I fear the next incident could be far worse the tarmac ramp is located on no.9 central drive Haltwhistle there are a few illegal ramps throughout Haltwhistle also not to mention the tenants also are fly tipping as there is a washing machine obstructing the foot path hence why I was trying to cross.

Obstruction to pathway, 29th April
The pathway for pedestrians is blocked. There is no free safe way to access. So, children, elderly, people with pets venture onto a busy road. The only option is to go on to the road to go around the car, which is parked there everyday. This is putting peoples safety at risk.

Obstruction to pathway and to road, 29th April
The pathway for pedestrians at this access point is blocked’ which means children have to go on the road to go around the car, which is parked there everyday. Secondly, there is a road obstruction, the tarmac used’ is a “trip hazard” as children and elderly people have fallen over the “improvised drop curb” illegal that I am aware of, this needs to be fixed ASAP.

Sink hole and degradation of road surface, 29th April
This sink hole appeared a couple of years ago. It has never been dealt with and following the severe weather of 9th April, additional chunks of tarmac were washed away and the road can be seen to be visibly lower in places. A recent sink hole was recently repaired at location Easting 370503 Northing 565066. The degradation of the road surface, linking to the sink hole which is getting worse due to weather conditions and columns of water needs to be attended too. A young child recently fell off their bike when travelling on the single track road as there are no pavements. Placing a cone over the top of the sink hole is not sufficient. Youths throw the cones into the Haltwhistle Burn. Please can this be addressed as soon as possible as there is no other access to properties above this sink hole other than Willia Road.

Very degraded road surface, Easting 370701 Northing 564834, 29th April
Road surface has degraded over time. NCC came out and fixed some potholes last year but for some reason, the crew missed the huge ones near and around the coordinates given above. As no path and a single track road, neighbour has fallen breaking right knee and left wrist and thumb due to state of road.

A Potholes problem has been found by Northumberland County Council

A Obstruction (Not Vegetation) problem has been found, 17th April
Vehicles that are parked on the grass verge: there always seems to be at least eight, ever changing, cars and vans parked on the area that you intend to develop. I believe these are owned or traded through the garage on the corner and I would think it unlikely that permission has ever been given for that area to be used as a car display showroom.
