Ladder stile in state of disrepair, 28th August
As can be seen from my photo the ladder stile over the drystone wall in a state of disrepair. More than that it is actually quite dangerous to try and get over and attempts to do so could well result in significant injury. The stile needs fixed or replaced with a gate do that the public footpath can be used safely. NY754606. I identified this issue on 23/08/2023.

Complete widith of the road, 22nd May
This my second reporting of this, the cattle grid was replaced during the winter that's fine. It's the north edge coming down the hill, the road is completely breaking up and now peoples' tyres are hitting the metal housing . The grid is between Shankhead and the The Steel turn off.

Local footpath /rights of way, 24th October
No access to footpath. .
Told they have been closed from Whitfield to Blackett Bridge . Land owner pulled acess ?? ?Due to poor footpath conditions, unable to restore due to risk of land slides ?
Please can the council clarify this? We enjoy walking in the area amongst others from Low Harbour Caravan site.
The acess to land is minimal ..
