Road surface breaking up from west of Innerhaugh entrance eastwards to east of Hordley Acres junction, 20th March
Road was resurfaced some years ago and most of it has broken up with numerous potholes, maybe 2 inches deep throughout. Lots of broken bits on surface. No joy for drivers or cyclists.

Drainage ditches between the road and property boundaries are blocked and causing flooding on the road, 20th March
Hello
The Parish Council received a report that the ditches are blocked and water unable to escape. As a result of this a van got stuck on the verge. This is between the property walls and the road.

The tree still damaging private property, 7th February
The tree which fell in Storm Ingunn has been cleared from the public footpath but it is still damaging the dry stone wall and remains in a private garden where it is causing a nuisance. Thus it is not fixed as you currently claim.

Two trees very close to house damaging property, 23rd January
Previously reported and nothing has been done. Two large trees within very close proximity to our home. The trees are no more than 3-4 meters away from the house, the trees are in excess of 15ft and they should not be this close to the house, the guide 20-40 feet away from buildings. The house inside has several cracks on the wall closest to the trees and the roots are clearly visible on the paths which also go under our house and under our wall. As a result of how close the trees are they have damaged our roof several times and have damaged our car twice due to branches coming down in high winds. I have reported this issue with the trees at least twice now and I am getting nowhere and not having any contact from reporting the issue.

A Lamp/Bulb Failure problem has been found, 5th January
Customer reports that lamp only works intermittently, and when it's off it is pitch black outside the house (customer backs onto open land). She says there is another lamp off approx 3 houses away but she doesn't know the unit number.

Leaf debris on North Bank, 13th December
There is lots of leaf debris on North Bank on the footpath and on the highway up against the kerb on both sides from the High School for at least 200 yards in a Northerly direction. The leaves are from trees in the High school curtilage owned by NCC. The leaves are making the footpath treacherous for pushchairs and for general walking. The bank needs a road sweeper for the road too as is slippery and all drains are full of leaves too. Please could the road sweeper be sent out. Thank you
