Someone is parked in my parking area, 6th December
My wife is pregnant. We need access to my car 24/7. But every time while i am coming back from work there is different car parked at my spot. I have leave a polite note but no use. Me and my neighbour is cleaning my parking spaces every day. Because we both need the parking access 24/7. His wife is disabled that’s why.

Non stop blocking of pavement to L of property and use of visitors bay., 28th August
Work van continuously parked to L of property together with permanent use of visitors parking bay despite having a 4 car drive - regularly empty. Visitors parking bay blocked by one of their cars when they go on holiday - again leaving a 4 car drive empty. If visitors parking happens to be free and used by others they immediately move one of their vehicles into bay as soon as it becomes free. Claim "it is theirs, they have always parked there".
