I have reported this numerous times over the past 18 months, both to the council and to Northumbria water and it’s getting worse. My son tripped over the loose pavement and cut his knee and his hand as a result. It is very uneven. Northumbrian water say that e leak is on private land, yet where the water is surfacing it is on the pavement. There is a river flowing down the street, which is dragging litter, leaves and mess down the street and the waste of water is ridiculous. Please can this be acted on before someone has a more serious accident.

Grass cutting, 25th April
All of millfield grass was cut yesterday other than mine no 30! I am disabled and can't do it myself. I also reported raised paving a few weeks ago, and all that has been done is a orange cone placed over it. I have now tripped over it and have bruised my hip.

Deep Pothole, 25th April
A new pothole has appeared on the A190 Fountain Head Bank on the highway heading west towards Seaton Delaval. The area has already had previous repairs but a new pothole has appeared.

Paving being replaced on Westlands layby, 23rd April
Concerned that no notice was given to residents regarding replacement of flagstones with tarmac. This will look totally out of character with the rest of the area. Also it was said that damage to current flags had been caused by parking on the flags, although in the near five years I have lived here I have never seen a car parking on these flags as sufficient space in lay-by without having to resort to parking on kerb. Please replace with flags, we residents are very proud of our local environment

Why is nothing being done regarding dog fouling, 15th April
Still there is an issue on grassed areas with dog fouling, it is getting worse and the dog owners need fined to put an end to this. It is not helping that the grassed areas need to be cut, the grass is so long it is encouraging idiot dog owners to leave a mess. My dog walked on the grass behind Beresford Road this morning and got covered in dog mess. Why is nothing being done?

This is due to school buses coming through the estate and driving on the pavement to avoid parked cars, I also think there is a void and damaged drain underneath as you can hear water running when it rains and drains through the pavement

Horse manure left in various places around Parkfield estate., 14th April
This is not the first time I have reported this problem and it appears nothing has been done to solve the issue. Every day there are large deposits outside our houses, which is not only unsightly but will cause an accident as we have to avoid driving through it which would spread it onto our paths and drives. It does not disintegrate following huge rainstorms that we have experienced recently (this was your last reply to my previous complaint and you implied it does not carry any diseases, which is not strictly true). Please once again put pressure on the riders and stop them from riding through the estate. There are plenty fields around to exercise their horses. This has been ongoing for years and must be stopped.

A Debris on Road problem has been found, 12th April
The full length of The Avenue A190 from Astley Road A192 is caked in slippy mud from the building site. There has just been an accident with cars skidding on it. Can this be cleared please.
