There is a very large pot hole beside the entrance to the building site. It cannot be avoided as it is next to the speed hump. It will damage vehicles and is getting worse each day as the vehicles using the building site are driving over it and are making it worse.

Slabs on pavement outside umber 52 extremely uneven, work is happening in the area but this footpath is a disgrace. I have fallen today and my newborn babys pushchair has tipped because of the uneven slabs needs fixed asap.

The "Keep Clear" white markings have not been renewed, following roadworks on Front Street for access to and from Go As You Please. Press Button missing on pedestrian crossing outside Well Pharmacy. I think it was fine yesterday (Wednesday 24th April) morning. I have noticed this problem on at least one other occasion. This crossing links Well Pharmacy with Netherfield House GP Surgery. It at a busy junction on a busy road.

A pothole has appeared on the new surfaced part of the highway on The Avenue (A190) heading west approaching the Avenue Head Roundabout. The pothole is on the left side of the highway near the kerb and in a position that could cause damage to vehicles.

Potholes, 24th April
There are several potholes along the stretch of this road that have been temporarily repaired multiple times however the potholes remain to return time and time again. Road surface condition is appealing, tree roots from park are causing substantial damage to road surface. Road is well used by NCC depo at the end of the street, sadly causing a nuisance when their vehicles & machinery are constantly rattling over the terrible road surface all day back and forth to the depo.

Loose pavin stones, up to 4 inch difference, 24th April
75 Elsdon Avenue. This has been reported before and a quick fix was carried out to the slabs at my property. Sand was used but the slaps need concrete to keep them securely in place. The slabs are worse than before, they are loose and a hazzard so they need repairing property this time. The photos give a good idea of what the problem and the area affected.
