Lack of road signs, 29th April
Hello, I would like to report the lack of signs along this stretch of road. I use this road regularly by car, foot, bicycle and on horse. I have unfortunately had some horrific experiences on this road due to road users speeding and driving dangerously. I do think some signs would help with this, myself and other residents are extremely worried that someone is going g to get hurt or worse. Can someone review this please? This road is getting worse the more being built up around it. I was out on my horse today, I have to use a small stretch if this road to get to off road hacking and came across horrific experience with traffic which i have also had to report to the police. I felt I was in a dangerous position, very vulnerable and intimidated by the traffic. I had an incident with a heavy hood waggon who was driving at speed and dangerously who also stopped to let his air brakes off to frighten my horse and to shout and aware and hurl abuse at me from his waggon window. I also had an experience with a motor bike who come speeding up past me over the roads speed limit, he didn’t attempt to slow down and just missed myself and my horse. I would just like us to all use and respect the road. I would be extremely grateful if this road could be looked at and had some signs put up to promote the speed limit. Thank you

Abandoned grey Nissan micra, 29th April
There’s an untaxed and expired MOT (both expired in February) grey Nissan micra that has been sitting abandoned parked on the pavement on Delaval Avenue for months. It has been parked for a significant amount of time without being used, it is unroadworthy as it has a completely flat tyre and has weeds growing and surrounding it. Along with the tax being expired these meet NCC criteria for the vehicle to be considered abandoned.

Signage for the level crossing closure has incorrect dates on - this is resulting in cars proceeding towards crossing and having to turn around. Signage needs to be corrected

PArking Issue on footpath, and sight line obstruction, 29th April
The van in the photograph parks in this area each night blocking sightlines for traffic coming out of Coppergate Estate. On many occasions the van has been also partially parked in the bus shelter bay. This weekend from 26th April until this morning 29th April this van has not moved and has been parked as you can see on the footpath, right out on the carriage way (meaning car users have had to drive on the other side of the road to pass by it). It has caused a sightline issues all weekend.

Cherry Blossom tree hitting cars and too big, 26th April
I reported this a few years back, the Cherry Blossom to the rear of my property is far too big, the branches need cutting back or please remove the tree, it also makes a terrible mess with the blossom in our gardens this time of year, it covers our garden and inside our house. We have reported it loads but nothing ever gets done.

Very large pot hole, 25th April
There is a very large pot hole beside the entrance to the building site. It cannot be avoided as it is next to the speed hump. It will damage vehicles and is getting worse each day as the vehicles using the building site are driving over it and are making it worse.

A Slabs - Uneven / Damaged / Cracked problem has been found, 25th April
Slabs on pavement outside umber 52 extremely uneven, work is happening in the area but this footpath is a disgrace. I have fallen today and my newborn babys pushchair has tipped because of the uneven slabs needs fixed asap.

A pothole has appeared on the new surfaced part of the highway on The Avenue (A190) heading west approaching the Avenue Head Roundabout. The pothole is on the left side of the highway near the kerb and in a position that could cause damage to vehicles.

The grass around seaburn view has been very poorly cut numerous areas have been left as the photos show, all the off cuts just left covering footpaths leading to people's property, grass was left too long before cut
