Fly tipping at the rear of 48 Salisbury Street Blyth, 1st May
The attached photo resembles a bomb site but is in fact the rear of number 48 Salisbury Street Blyth which is a boarded up property and is now a fly tippers paradise.Can I suggest you contact the owner of the property to try and rectify this serious problem.

Rubbish on North Blyth club grounds, 29th April
This has been ongoing for several years since club closed. I think a lot of the rubbish has been dumped by fly tippers. Rats have been seen running around and I am award of tenants having issues with them coming into their houses including mine

Environmental health issues, 29th April
North Blyth Bar has rats running around on the club land due to rubbish dumped. There are sofas, an old caravan, interior of the ar has been emptied on the land. This has gone on for months and is now a health issue for residents in the area. We are told the owner is responsible for removing the waste, therefore please contact them and issue them with a flytipping fine. Their details are on the land registry so not hard to find. If you take the time to read these reports you will see how many residents have reported this yet our elected council are doing absolutely nothing about the mess!!! Get a few wagons and clear the area please. I am sure if we all stop paying our council tax you will sharp be on our backs so for once please take these reports seriously and sort it out or are our councillors waiting until someone makes a claim when they catch a disease due to the mess. What a joke! I am sure if we popped along to Ian Laverys House and dumped some of the rubbish on his drive he would have something to say!! Roll on Thursdays election!

Loads of waste still remains outside at North Blyth Bar, with an absolute COLONY of rats very close to rows of houses. A lot of waste was moved into the smaller building but left open, needs sorted asap.

Resident reporting damage to clothing from seat, 26th April
Mark Briggs has been in touch over the last few weeks, he has claimed damage to his pants on one of the seats on Bowes Street. He advises that it comes in a set and the pants can't be purchased as a standalone item. His claim is for circa £85.

Dog fouling., 26th April
Since the last report over 7 weeks ago the dog poo and glass is all still there. We now have the added pleasure of used dog poo bags thrown across the MUGA and stuck in its fencing. How are kids meant to play in this space! It shouldn’t take over 7 weeks to clean a kids play space.

Fly tipping of old wood, 25th April
The resident at the end house in Dale Street continues to dump wood around the outer perimeter of his property in the rear access lane and on the road next to his house. The fact that this has been allowed to continue for years now is quite frankly unacceptable. The council needs to take action, this continues to have a detrimental effect on the area, it’s dangerous as it’s blocking access for vehicles in the back lane and it’s attracting vermin. The council don’t seem to be addressing the matter so perhaps it is time to take further legal action to address this issue.

Litter everywhere, 24th April
A drug addict was evicted from a property on Disraeli St. He left a lot of items outside the property and as a result, there is rubbish all along the street between balfour St and durban St, some between balfour St and Stephen St. Also, end of Gladstone, on durban St, flytipping. And back lane between Gladstone and Disraeli, a lot of rubbish left dumped beside a bin. Furniture type rubbish I seen in passing, not rubbish bags, so can be classed as fly tipping if the residents have not requested removal by yourselves. The area is an absolute mess!

Back of 27 merton square car keeps getting parked here resulting in number people in the street having to go onto the road with buggys and young children also has another car that is normally parked down the side of the house also on a pulic path .....merton square has carparks provided inside the street and also at the back of the flats there is no need for this at all
