We had a cut on Southfield Green 2 weeks ago,very quick flip over.The section along Greenlaw at the bottom of Gowanburn was missed.I have tidied a bit of this with our mower but could the technicians take bit more care .It is ruining the look of the estates in Cramlington all these untidy grass verges etc.I must give a pat on the back to the Parish Council workers as they do a great job of the main areas,just wish the estates were kept as they were when the Labour council were in.

Drop kerb needed, 7th May
Reported a few weeks ago but it's disappeared from the app.
The council tarmacced over this corner to allow parking but drop kerbs were never installed. Can this be done as this can cause scraping when car is reversed?

A Grass verge issue, 7th May
Work has recently been carried out which caused the grass verge in front of number 30 glenluce drive to become uneven and will prevent the grass cutters from being able to carry out cutting. needs leveling out and reseeded as the work vans have chewed the area up so much it will be unsafe to cut the grass

Road gullies blocked and floods when raining, 7th May
The water floods the path along the left side of the street and washes out the sand from the paving flags, each time they are repaired they only use sharp sand but no cement which adds to the problem , flags loose and rocking, gullies need cleaning

Non working lights at roundabout, 7th May
There are no working traffic lights at moor farm roundabout and haven’t been for days. Feels incredibly dangerous entering the roundabout especially at peak times

Continued issues with parking, 7th May
There are continued issues with parking in the street (Fareham Way), with multiple work vans taking up spaces and obstructing the road for other users due to their length and not fitting in a designated space. A skip and gardening material have since been dropped off and are taking up two parking spaces in the street. This continues to be an issue. It would be great if the council could deal with this by putting house numbers on parking bays and making the street permit holders only. There is no excuse to have building materials and a skip situated across two parking spaces. Thanks.

Grass verges of Bassingron Manor NE228AR, 6th May
10 years on we stilk hace the same issue. Evwrywhwre else cut by council except verges of Bassington Manor towards trsin ststion and also main Bassingron Road.The grass is disgusting and causing concern for public health and safety. We have establishedvthatthe Council nowhas responsibiliry forvthis area but repeatebly refuses to cut this grass whchis now unacceptable.

Blagdon Terrace - No street lighting- Residents in Darkness 2 months old !, 5th May
No street lighting. Many reports on App not actioned. Still not fixed May 24. NCC not actioning or updating residents or providing safety lighting. Dangerous to all residents. Complaints also lodged. Would be fixed if this street was in Ponteland after months of waiting residents are fed up. Completely unacceptable in terms of time, health and safety, crime etc. Residents will be going to social media and press next to get something done as it’s a complete joke. Chronicle are attending street 10th May for press report and to interview local residents.

Blocked Drain / Surface Water Additional Damage, 5th May
Months old. NCC have not cleaned or actioned previous reports. Drain blocked Road damaged due to surface water. Danger to public traffic especially bike / motorbike users. Deep and large pothole. Danger to nearby private properties as no proper drainage channel now. Complaint also lodged with Council as residents fed up of no action and being ignored. Damage now worse and more dangerous to public. Drain on blind corner so road users and pedestrians may not see in advance. Dated - 5th May 2024. 3rd report being lodged.
