Broken mirrored units, 17th April
Glass mirrored units been left at the side of my house, it’s right next to a first school, my daughter plays out and I’m so worried she’s going to injure herself on the broken glass! It’s my naighbours and they always leave their rubbish about the estate! There is broken hoovers, wooden planks all sorts.

Cars from commercial garage parked on footpaths, 17th April
This is obviously an on going problem but no action has been taken. Cars from this garage are being parked across the footpath preventing pedestrian access. I regularly walk this route and you have to step into the road to pass the cars parked on footpath at bottom of Glebe road. They are also being parked on the grass verges being advertised for sale. I am certain that this breaches local by laws and offences under the road traffic act. Action is required.

Grass needs cutting, 17th April
The grass verges at the entrance to Hartford Court, Bedlington are disgraceful. They have not been cut at all and now in such a state that if they are ever cut will look terrible. The pathway and road need weed spraying at the same location. Why have you not started cutting when other private companies have already started. I am disillusioned at the service which is supposed to be paid by council tax.

Road Drains blocked, 17th April
Already reported this matter on 4th April 2024 and after heavy rain last week drains were nearly overflowing. These two drains service the whole cul de sac and being at the bottom of the road and directly outside of my house I am becoming increasingly anxious to a potential flood 0n my property. There is a high risk that this will occur and I have not received any updates .

Trees/ Bushes on play area have grown very high and are blocking light on my garden, 16th April

Loud Noise when Boiler Kicks in at the school at 5am, 15th April
When the school has been closed the first day back the boiler kicks in at 5am. The noise it makes is enough to wake us and this happens quite regularly. It has been reported before its a high pitched ringing tone. Obviously the disruption of sleep is annoying but a concern is also there that the boiler may not be functioning correctly.

Pothole at entrance to Towers Close (ne225er), 14th April
This pothole appeared about 4 days after several 'holes on Church Lane had been marked for repair (with white paint) but before any repairs were made. Typical with the "couldn't give a toss" attitude of many NCC employees, they had to pass this new 'hole to fill a marked one (about 8 metres away). Why couldn't someone use a bit common sense?

Broken glass and litter, 14th April
Hello. There is broken glass/bottle in front of walkway/steps near Keith Pattinson estate agent in Bedlington. Also multiple litter on the steps where Keith Pattinsons is and pushed into the lower shrubbery. Please look in the lower shrubbery part. There is also broken glass and litter/bottles etc around the side of Keith Pattinsons (on the public walkway) in the direction of Lidl. Loads of kids hang around here littering the place. The glass especially is a safety hazard. Please can the areas mentioned be cleaned up. It is starting to look a mess. Thank you.
