There is an abandoned blue Transit Van on the pavement opposite 5 Melrose Villas. The number plates have been removed and the tyres are flat. No room for wheelchair users or prams. At night unlit a definite hazard. The van has been there 2 to 3 months to my knowledge.

Flytipping again!, 1st May
Back lane of Tweedy/Taylor Street..Sofa dumped last weekend which as you can see from photo and caught on camera , was set on fire in the backplane, endangering properties and possibily lives. Also black bin bags dumped (see photos) which have been ripped open and house hold rubbish scattered throughout the streets, front and back(see photos). Each time I report flytipping and the council come out(see many previous reports on my account) residents immediately think it is OK to dump more, even as soon as the day the council come out. Most houses are rented within the area, however ours aswell as a few others are owned. And owners are really sick of this problem, it is bringing the area, and possibly the house prices down, with the area been known as a dumping ground for household rubbish and furniture. It is embarrassing when we have visitors to our homes to see such a mess. In previous reports I have been polite however this issue is becoming constant and now at times dangerous as a fire hazard. Something really needs to be put in place to stop this happening. If a return phonecall is made, I teach as a job and will be available 12:20- 1pm or 3;45-4pm.thank you.

Someone has fly tipped a garden seating set and some other bits at the top of the hill, and one of the chairs is further down the hill by the footpath towards the water, reporting separately so it isn't missed, guessing kids probably dragged it down there.

Someone has dumped a large set of garden furniture, shelving, and plastic containers and more right along this path. There's also some further down the hill i'm guessing kids have dragged down there.

Can signs be moved ?, 29th April
Hi, the street signs for both Westmorland and Cumberland Avenue are hard to spot sometimes as vehicles sometimes block them (not a complaint), but can they be moved onto the grass area in the centre so they are in plain sight on entry to the estate ? We sometimes get parcels and enquiries for the other side of the street and vice versa.

10 inch pothole, 26th April
These potholes (as there are a few) have been repaired (filled in) last year and I think they’ve been repaired a few times now however they haven’t not fixed the problem, hollymount square is extremely busy with a very large stream of vehicles and the repairs obviously cant take the weight of the numerous vehicles travelling over them. There are marks on the road where it looks like someone has been out but to be fair it seems the whole road needs to be resurfaced as the temporary repairs aren’t working

Grass cutting all over access, 26th April
This happens every time grass gets cut and we have to clean it away as it also blocks the drains and turns moldy an it blowing into are site causing weeds to grow we have only just jet wash the full access last weekend.

A Restricted Visibility / Overgrown / Overhanging problem has been found, 26th April
This footpath is completely overgrown with trees, bushes and hedges. The new railway is at the same location so on the other side of the road at the turn off for Errington Street it is cordoned off with bollards for the new station. Heavy wagons are passing through and it is not safe as the path is completely covered so people have to walk on the road. Please could the footpath be cleared as a matter of high importance.
