Unsafe amount of mud on the road, 8th November
The road itself is a 60 zone (Lead Road, between Stargate and Greenside) and after the final corner before reaching Greenside there is mud on the road. Conditions aren’t even wet today, just slightly damp, so it would be worse when the weather gets poorer. Just wanted to alert someone because there isn’t time to brake before you see it after coming around the corner - and braking in the mud could also cause you to skid. As there’s so much mud and cars are travelling at high speeds, it’s causing them to lose control.

Fence damage to abandoned allotments has lead to children using it as a place to have fires, evidence of drug use and alcohol consumption., 6th July
Now the fence is down and gate is broken to these allotments children are using it as place to go. It’s the allotments opposite pickering drive. This issue needs to be resolved before the summer holidays as children will use it as a place to hang out.

Dangerous parking, 28th February
Two vans, one particularly large have been parked within two feet of a junction. They are on a very narrow residential street (Fairway), causing an obstruction to visibility for drivers entering and leaving Fairway, and are partially on the pavement. Both of these vehicles are driven by the householder at 4 Stella Hall Drive.

Tree almost touching ground and blocking light, 16th June
A large Sycamore outside our house has branches reaching to only 4 feet off the ground almost blocking a footpath. It is also almost entirely blocking the lamppost stopping light from reaching into the corner of the houses, which makes that corner pitch black on a night time (when nights are darker). This has already been reported twice to Gateshead Council over the phone, who logged it, yet nothing has been done.

Parking inappropriately, 20th April
People who use the allotments in the runhead estate park out side the gates which is right outside my house. So not enough room if I need to get my van on drive. I do on call with work so this can cause problems late on People that use allotment take up the 2 spots for residents parking, also park on the grass. Some of them invite people round and due to excess of cars park on corners, in front of peoples drives. Some leave cars there over night There’s enough room to open gates and park 3 cars in there

Vehicle abandoned at the junction of Stella Hall Drive and The Fairway. The front nearside is about a yard from the kerb, and only a couple of feet from a busy junction, obscuring visibility and access. It has been there since early on Friday (19.3.21).
