Blocked Road gulley: Fix my street report ref 5838629, 24th April
I reported a blocked road gulley outside 76 Eastern Way Darras Hall NE20 9RE on 2/8/2023, and again on 11/4/2024 which has still not been cleared resulting in flooding during heavy rain. You advised me this afternoon 24/4/2024 at 16.04pm that the gulley had now been cleared and the case closed but the gulley has not been cleared at all and remains blocked! Could you please expedite clearance as soon as possible.

Loose kerbstones near Ponteland (Club & Institute) Ltd, 24th April
There is a very dangerous loose pavement kerbstones near the vehicle access to Ponteland Club. Photos show the problem. The angle of pavement area around the kerbstone is higher than the kerbstone itself and anyone who was not looking carefully could trip and suffer a severe injury.

Drain covers sunken causing deep dips in the road, 23rd April
On road alongside pavement outside Blackbird pub there are 3 separate drains which have sunken into the road. They are basically like large potholes. They have been like this for several months. When there is oncoming traffic it is impossible to avoid them and is likely to cause damage to cars. Thank you

Potholes and repairs have eroded road markings, 22nd April
This junction is an accident blacks pot as the give way sign on the road is not clearly visible due to the extremely poor state of the road from multiple pot holes and repairs. I had a near miss travelling along Darras Roas from a vehicle that failed to give way from Eastern Way.

Loose kerb, 22nd April
The kerb stone has come loose, probably from vehicles driving over it. It now has a large gap which somebody could easily catch their foot/ankle in. It appears to have come loose over the past weekend.

Driver of non electric vehicle parked at EV spot only, 18th April
On the 17th April approx 5:55pm at the ponteland leisure centre car park driver of the silver Audi OY60HDX parked at available EV space with non EV vehicle. As I have pulled to the spot I have kindly asked the driver to move his car to other spaces advising him he took only available EV spot with his non EV car. I have told him I am in desperate need to charge my car to which he responded very aggressively and calling me vulgar names. At the time I was with my 6 year old child and I found this incident very upsetting

Grass Cutting, 18th April
Good morning, I along with the other residents of Pont View, Ponteland have noticed that the recreational grassed area in our street has not been cut this year but the other smaller grassed areas in the street have been cut twice in the last few weeks. Could we ask that when the 'grass cutting driver' next comes into Pont View the larger field could also be cut. This field is popular with the children in the street to play in but at this time they cannot as it the grass is rather long. Many Thanks

Callerton Lane pothole, 16th April
This is the fourth time I’ve posted this, three previous posts have been closed without comment or context. Please don’t close this without telling my why, you have my contact details.
The road surface is broken and has a pot hole. Large vehicles pass by regularly and there’s one specific pothole they hit each time and it’s very noisy, sometimes causes the house to shake.
Please can this be fixed as it’s very noisy.

Silted up gully, 16th April
The gully continues to silt after it’s cleared, normally after a month max. The unblocking the gully is treating the symptom not the cause which is surface water running off verge as no proper kerb line

Debris from the filled in pot hole left all over the pavement outside number 32, can this be swept up and the area around where the pothole was. Also lots of tree debris and leaves covering the pavement and road need clearing up.

Huge potholes, 16th April
These potholes have grown over twice the size since I first reported them.
Nothing has been fixed. No pothole has been filled.
Other neighbours have submitted problems too and you still haven’t done anything about it.
No on called me back as they promised me on the phone numerous occasions every time I’ve rang to report the potholes. Why are we paying thousands per household per year in council tax? To be ignored and to break our vehicles driving on roads which need resurfacing? This road is a huge issue to the residents and needs resurfacing immediately not in 5 years of ignoring us.

A Slabs - Uneven / Damaged / Cracked problem has been found by Northumberland County Council badly damaged footpath had cones out briefly these have now gone the path is dangerous as the flags are not only broken they are raised and uneven wobbling when stepped on
