Hazard from verge subsidence next to soakaway between Ingoe sign and 20mph sign, 11th January
I need to report this again despite receiving an email that the Council proposed no further action. I am struggling to believe anyone has looked at the issue and considers it safe or resolved. The problem has not been addressed. There is a 3 feet deep by 1-1.5 feet wide hole in the grass right next to the road and it looks as though heavy rain is starting to extend the hole under the carriageway. As background, this subsidence was repaired last year but heavy rain appears to have washed material away, leaving a large hole on the verge/roadside again. I noticed it last week. It is a hazard for any vehicle pulling onto the edge of the verge at the junction. I managed to pull a bollard out of the hole where it appeared to have been buried and wedged it across the hole as a warning. Many thanks for anything you can do to make it safe.

Large pothole on south side of the road near tree, 15th December
The pothole has developed after the recent rain and ice. It is on the farm / field side of the road, it catches the wheel with a thud, it is quite wide and has developed quickly. As a single track road into and out of the village, it is subject to quite a lot of traffic including heavier farm vehicles.

Massive potholes all along this road damaging our 2 cars, 11th December
The flooding and blocked drains is a severe problem and the entire road is likened to a flowing river. The drainage has been an issue since the initial heavy rains this season and the lower end of the road floods so badly that we have to park our smaller car at the bottom of the hill and I or my husband comes to pick the other up in our larger car as the undercarriage of our Hyundai i10 has come off trying to get through the ‘puddle’ previously. When passing through, the water is up and over our car doors. Our young children can’t ride their bikes safely either as the potholes have become extremely dangerous. It would be so appreciated if the drainage and road resurfacing could be considered soon. Thank you
