"Private Road" notice on right of way, 5th May
The PROW map shows that the right of way follows the lane from near Ogle East Farm to Bonas Hill and beyond. But just south of the Ogle Burn ford there are two notices saying "Private Road. No public access". And the earlier PROW 'finger signpost' seems to have been moved into the adjacent field.
This situation has previously been reported (May 2021), when I was told that a Diversion Order was to be made to clarify that the route of the PROW is up the lane to Bonas Hill. Assuming that this Order was made the signage needs to be changed and clearly indicate that the right of way is up the lane and not along the field.

Debris dumped in Ogle Burn, 2nd April
Plastic rubbish and mattress left in burn near public bridleway causing backlog of debris. Unsure where the rubbish has come from but appears to include a small plastic climbing frame/slide. Rubbish has been present for over 3 months.

Really deep pothole, 2nd February
There is a really deep pothole south of Wansbeck Plant on the Kirkley Road. It is so deep it may have damaged my suspension. It is on the brow of a hill so you don't see it.
