Old style TV about 3m into trees, 28th April
Old style TV about 3m into trees, broken up on the ground. Has been here about 6 months. On right hand side as you travel down the hill. Visible from the road. Not long after the tree cover starts on the right hand side. (So, drive past open field with horses and when there starts to be trees on the right, start looking for the TV on the ground).

Signs and speed reduction request, 10th April
Today I was subject to a road rage incident while riding my horse. The car driver was approaching at excessive speed and only just managed to stop in time. He then subjected me to abuse and threatened to 'knock me off'. Ironically, he probably wasn't exceeding the 60mph speed limit, which is ridiculous for a single track country lane that is well used by horse riders, cyclists, walkers and runners. Speed limit should be reduced to 20 and warning signage for a 'Quiet Lane' erected. Police log no. for this incident is 061 10/24.

Driver dropping litter, 14th February
The owner of landrover FL07FOL uses this stretch of road as a "park and ride" regularly between 8.00 - 17.30 dumps his vehicle and gets a lift in a white Peugeot van. Not only is this causing restricted view for residents pulling out of their drives.

No road marking or sign, 4th February
Roundabout left lane for left turn to a69, right lane to go straight over to next roundabout. No road markings , no signage to say this. Very often people in left lane go straight over roundabout. I have witnessed many near misses due to this. There is no right turn available so please make the road markings clear right is for straight over to prevent a serious accident .

Hexham Road, vegetation growth, 28th January
This area of Hexham Road is sufering from particularly deep soil, sediment, plant growth in the gutter next to the footpath. It is so bad it actually needs digging out in order to clear it. It has not been cleared in a very long time and it is preventing adequatr drainage from occurring during wet conditions. Thank you.

Curb stone damaged and causing obstruction in road, 28th January
This damaged curb stone has been left in this condition for months and months. It has, however been recently disturbed causing it to lie further in the path of road users rather than on/next to the path. I am sure that this will cause a serious accident in the not too distant future. This road experiences heavy traffic from cyclists and feel this obstruction is an accident waiting to happen. The issue can be found just past the final house on Hexham Road before the dip into Heddon on the Wall.
