Yellow lines have been implemented on the other side of the road and since then people have parked on the east side of the road

Large pothole on the speed bump and on the Apperley junction leading to Burnstones, 1st June
This pothole has been reported numerous times to Newcastle City Council. This had been present for over 4 months now.

Both sides of the bridge crossing the a1 have barriers that stop wide and or long bikes, trikes, from using this cycle route., 22nd April
These barriers need to be removed, to allow people to travel safely with their children in bike trailers or in cargo bikes. With these barriers in place it is simply not possible. I imagine mobility scooters will have the same issue.

Dangerous Road Surface, 10th February
Having spent years updating this junction you have left a patch of about 10-20m of the road surface not resurfaced despite the damage being caused by your vehicles that were doing the work.
The carriageway is dangerous and is in need of urgent repair. This is an accident waiting to happen and I notice that other reports have been closed as being fixed. This are has not been fixed.

Potholes on northbound on slip, 29th January
On northbound on slip of j74 there are several bad potholes. Whilst the report says this was made safe on 27th i have just passed over now and the holes are still there and some traffic is swerving to avoid.

Multiple potholes on the on-slip as lanes split to join., 24th January
There are multiple potholes on the on-slip just as the hatchings start . This causes the car to 'tramline' within the pothole, either directing the car towards the other lane where a car can be, or towards the crash barrier.

Wrong identification of lanes ahead, 21st December
When you approach the A1 Northbound, traffic is directed to indicate right to join the A1 North however the slip road is actually lane 1 of the A1 so joining traffic actual moves from an empty lane into lane 2 leaving lane 1 empty (considering youve just spent three years making three lanes, the signage approaching the A1 and correct lane identification is poor and not helping resolve flow issues)

Bins from Burnstones flats put out Sunday collection day is Wednesday tge bins block paths and blow over or pushed over tipping out ,also fly tipping on Birkshaw walk west Denton all ins are in between alleyways and public pavement, 4th April
Basically it’s a rubbish dump and people need to put bins out on bin day not 4 or 5 days before with rubbish hang out , and annoying is it’s not their area put their bins at other neighbours gates

Dangerous parking, 28th February
Two vans, one particularly large have been parked within two feet of a junction. They are on a very narrow residential street (Fairway), causing an obstruction to visibility for drivers entering and leaving Fairway, and are partially on the pavement. Both of these vehicles are driven by the householder at 4 Stella Hall Drive.
