Huge pot hole on bith sides of speed bump, causing damage to cars. The whole of Crawley Avenue needs resurfacing from the bottom of hartleyburn avenue along to mill lane. These pot holes ate shoddily repaired numerous times a year instead of investing in fixing the root cause and resurfacing the full road like they have the other end of Crawley Avenue.

Because the street drains were blocked, there was no where for the rain to go, apart from down to my house and two others. My full downstairs was flooded

30cm pot hole, 8th April
Crawley Avenue is full of potholes.
It's a public bus route and a well used road, yet the pot holes never seem to get fixed.
The end closest to mill lane has a huge pot hole.

Burned out Kwik Save building dangerous, 23rd September
The burned out Kwik Save building has not been properly secured or made safe.
The interior of the dangerous structure and curtilage are easily accessible to children and others (there are paths used on both sides).
The roof seems composed of loose slates supported by charred supports, and in this weeks high winds, it appears even more of a risk to passers by.
Could Gateshead Council please expedite the process of making this site properly safe for passing residents and nearby businesses, and ideally remove this eyesore competely.
The site urgently needs at the very least a secure perimeter and the most dangerous structural aspects attending to.

No mot or tax, 11th August
I want to report a black ford c.max car SJ08PFN WHO KEEPS PARKING in the back lane he has no tax since 31march 2021 and no mot since 30nov2020 it gets left here in back lane from 830am then moved to the bungalows after 6pm everyday on sunderland road opp ridley terrace

I want to report no17 stowell terrace who have dumped a tin of paint at there back gate i can tell you this will be chucked all over back lane its a disgrace these people have cars why they dont take it to the tip is beyonde me so i thought i would tell you before it happens
