Broken glass all over skate park, 11th April
This is a bike/skare park every ramp, bump/hill section of concrete there is broken glass - everywhere. My children aged 4 & 8 couldn’t play as far too dangerous. Skate/. Bike park Belhaven Park Wishaw ML2.

Large deep pothole at junction of Meadowhead Road and Wellington Street, 7th April
This pot hole has previously been done and is in need of being refilled. Large lorries pass here regularly and Meadowhead Road is already a dangerous road to navigate onto from Wellington Street without this added obstacle. Thank you NLC

2 contaminated blue paper bins, 7th April
Can you please arrange with the refuse collection team to please empty 2 contaminated blue paper bins sitting on the pavement for 2 weeks now, bins are located on outside of 13/15 Lomond Drive, Pather, Wishaw, the refuse collection lorry passes this location on Mondays and Thursdays on way to flats at Caledonian Road, sadly the tenant died 3 weeks ago and the bins contain food stuffs etc that are a health and safety hazard. Very big (not sure what size) Pothole in off Netherhall Road on the way into HJS Garage Equipment, Outside the entrance to Kerr's Bakery., 5th April
The pot hole has been there for months, when filled with water it is very hard to see. It is very deep and any vehicle that hits it will automatically burst their tyre and destroy their wheel. It is very big and deep.

Drain completely blocked with muck and leaves, drain is beside parking area in Gala Crescent beside trees, 5th April

Rat infestation, 4th April
Reported before and nothing changed. The whole area is overnight with rats. Takeaway rubbish doesn't help. Scared to go out at night as they are everywhere. Needs urgent attention

There are two potholes near each other. One is near end of Grange Avenue and the other in close proximity as you drive out of Grange Avenue into Old Manse Road. Please repair at your earliest., 22nd March
These potholes have been growing. Interestingly, a drain was fixed recently but the potholes were not addressed. These were easily seen to a blind man working on the drain repair and yet nothing was done. Please think carefully about ways to save money NLC. So, could someone please attend to the potholes aforementioned as soon as possible in order to prevent tyre damage claims being presented to the Council?

Large polythene, 11th February
Street cleaning required at Gowkthrapple side of the railway line pedestrian tunnel.Large sheets of polythene lying around this area which is a health risk if it blows up onto car windowscreens and causes an accident, apart from this the surrounding area looks a disgrace with this polythene and litter.
