Increase patrols in the location and engage with young people who are there. This work remains ongoing.

ISSUE: 3. Knife Crime and anti social behaviour affecting Melrose Avenue.
The local community has indicated that the the local centre feels like a hostile environment. Ongoing issues with Anti social behaviour and public drinking. Remains an active issue.
ACTION: The Knife Amnesty bin has now been installed and will be checked and emptied on a monthly basis.
The Neighbourhood Team will continue their normal patrols . Develop engagement with young people
