Mk17 8bp, 5th April
I would like to report that the whole of Mill Lane is in sad need of repair from top to bottom. The entrance to Mill Lane is caving in both sides and catches the underside of smaller vehicles. Further down the Lane you encounter large potholes which make it dangerous for cyclists & dog walkers as well as cars and delivery vehicles. The Lane is getting flooded where the potholes are located. We would appreciate and inspection by your good selves. Thank you.

The drain cover has broken leaving the pavement exposed which someone can seriously do an injury to. We have put a cone over the hole so people do not walk on it and cause a severe injury.

Eastbounnd light is facing the wrong way on roundabout, 15th March
The two lights either side of the eastbound exit are ok, however the third 'repeater' light has been spun round and is facing the wrong direction so drivers cannot see when it is safe to go without craning their necks to see the lights either side.

Across the street from #35 Weathercock lane & next to #48 Russell Street's Driveway, 15th March
The pothole has been here for at least 2 months, and is incredibly deep and significant. It is right next to a street parking spot, which means rocks fly out of the pothole and hit the parked cars. The pothole is right outside of a driveway (48 Russell streets driveway which is on weathercock lane) and cross from 35 weathercock lane.

Just after entrance to the farm, going towards M1, 6th March
There's what looks like a bend signpost, no sign on the top and no covering on the post. Post pointing directly towards road on the corner. As someone who's seen an accident with a signpost going through someone, this makes me very anxious and uncomfortable. There's no street lights, no covering of the top of the pole and it's on a corner, if someone drove into it there could be dire consequences. Could it be moved or at very least have something put on the end so that it's more obvious

Very deep 2 x potholes on bend., 4th March
As above plus potholes been here for some time and very dangerous as cannot be seen until you are right upon them due to the bend. I have seen cars swerve to avoid the potholes into the oncoming traffic. I have also observed cars hitting the potholes and the car being dragged onto mounting the pavement. Dangerous to both drivers and pedestrians due to their position.
