Flytipping in A2 lay-by west bound near Norton., 24th July
Approx 130 used tyres dumped. Plus litter and domestic waste. I believe the tyres were dumped between approx 1.30 pm and 4.45pm on Fri 24th July as I did not notice them wheel I passed earlier.
