Manhole cover - unsure of ownership with surround failure. Approx 150mm gap around chamber top on several sides. Nearly caused me to crash on my motorcycle while avoiding it. Please pass to SU or fill to make safe until SU repair.
Location is between Kings head pub and Chart Road - offside wheel track going up hill.

Stream flowing down South Lane, 11th April
There has been a constant stream flowing down South Lane in Sutton Valence for months now. There is flowing water every day, it's wearing a groove in the road surface. Clearly a drain or culvert is blocked further up the hill.

Numerous potholes along Chartway Street from Warmlake to Kingswood, 9th April
Roads simply falling apart. Holes appearing everywhere. Every year Highways repear them on the cheap and this is what happens. Disgrace

Drain cover, 23rd February
Surround of drain broken up and a danger to cyclists and motorbikes especially, as you can see by zooming into the edge of the draincover that their wheel would strike. When raining this area is covered with water and so road users wont see the problem till they hit it.

Pothole, 21st January
There is a deep pothole in the middle of the road near to the corner of the Chartway street A274 junction I hit it three days ago and have had to put my car into the garage as the front suspension was damaged.
