Line on central reservation M20 contraflow, 2nd January
There is a white line on the central reservation barrier in the contraflow northbound. At night it looks like a lane marking and so it makes the lane look about 8 inches wider than it is which is really dangerous. Please can you make it a different colour or add some other markings?

Trench dug without permission, 15th August
Reported by PC 30136 PEARCE
We attended today CAD KP-20220815-1163. This was a call by residents of the area reporting travellers who had dug up a trench outside sewage station (W3W ///chairs.unfounded.free) this had a site reference of 102516. They have dug a small trench outside the station for a water pipe to be fitted. They believed they had permission for this as they had enquired with South East Water but are yet to be provided with permission. The trench has been filled back in with the dirt but they wish to fit it at a later date.

Fallen tree, 15th March
Hi - a reverse request. I work for Network Rail as a manager looking after the HS1 line near to M20. On Friday 12th March 2021 a report was received from HE M20 Patrol vehicle that there was a fallen tree close to the railway and on HS1 property and had damaged fencing. We initiated emergency train speed restrictions and headed to site. The tree was nowhere near the railway property and the damage was to a highways owned gate. Please could we establish a line of communication with the lead engineer to establish clear ownership responsibility and reporting protocols to prevent future incidents which result in losses to us without any risks being present. of course we would always welcome reports of concerns and the HE vigilance is appreciated. My email is paul.milgate@networkrail.co.uk
