Uncollected food waste scattered on pavement, Minster Road near junction with Westgate Road., 1st April
It looks as though the food waste bags have been torn open by gulls; the bin has no lid. It is not possible to get past without either treading on rotting food (a health hazard) or walking in the road (a safety risk). The refuse collectors may eventually empty the bin, but who will deal with the mess?

Inaccessible bin, 22nd March
There are two bins on Brenley Lane but the litter is always terrible (I do litter pick often). This may be because one of the bins (on the corner towards the roundabout) is inaccessible behind undergrowth and brambles and has been for many months. Please could you relocate the inaccessible bin or cut back the brambles so it can be used? Many thanks.
