The Nothbound carriagewaway has a lengthy section of potholes which are increasingly difficult to avoid. They are ouside of the boundary of the A249 improvement scheme and therefore will not be repaired by them. The potholes have been present for months and are getting wider as drivers drive at the edges of them while trying to avoid them.

Road surface breaking up, 3rd April
The road surface on the A249 northbound (just before the junction for Key Street), is breaking up and now very uneven across most of the left hand lane. Causing damage to cars while travelling as you cannot avoid the damaged road surface. When wet it is very dangerous as you cannot see the issue. This has been like this for months now

Shocking amount of litter, 9th February
I am just so embarrased and angry to see so much litter along both sides of the A249 between stockbury roundabout and exit from sittingbourne its been like this for months and seems to be getting worse every day i have not seen anyone ever cleaning there i can see drivers just throwing rubbish out of the windows i am ashamed to drive there with my daughter

Between Bobbing roundabout and Stockbury roundabout and vice versa there are many locations of the top layer of the road surface is missing leaving dangerous situations for vulnerable road users.

There are potholes all the way up this road which require urgent attention. I had to have two new tyres fitted because of one large hole filled with water that damaged them.

Cars driving on and parking on the grass verge causing damage to the verge., 18th December
There used to be a fine for this offence but that has been dropped, it is an offence to mount the kerb. The verge outside my house has only been cut once this year because of this problem, l have been maintaining this verge myself as have other residence because of this unsocial behaviour. The verges are now unsightly and pipes and conduits are being damage with being a gas main.

Blocked drains, 30th October
Under the lamp post: EOANOO5 there is a drain system. Originally not enough drains, so builders put another drain in. These drains are connected by flow system, this is totally blocked, it has never been cleaned in the last 11 years
