Smart speed limit, 23rd April
Smart speed limit reducing the speed on the M61 joining the M62. The traffic on the M62 doesn't appear to have the same restriction. Joining the M62 then becomes extremely dangerous especially for vulnerable road users (motorcycles). Once joined the motorway there is no speed limit signs.

Chronic flooded live lane, 27th February
Jct 14 slip onto the M60 This is a 2 lane slip road I was in lane 2 and an HGV In lane 1 and there is no lights as you go under the bridge Lane 2 flooded constantly and car lost control as flood was not seen until last minute This is the 3rd serious near miss I have seen on this road now and the flooding needs urgent drainage works as someone will die and this is you're warning to make changes and actions on this slip road I will report to local media if something happens to a person

M3 London bound joing from the bracknell junction no speed limits 3 gangway speed camera 70mph flashing, 16th February
The speed camera three gangways into the motorway m3 london bound is flashing cars at 70 mps no indication that its a 60mph while joinuntill you reach thegnagways near the m25 this is absolutely ridiculous now am very concerned that i will get a ticket while i kept to the 70mph speed !!! i even called the NH whom could not file a complaint in case the police want confirm this i asked them to check!!

Multiple pot holes, 5th February
There are multiple pot holes on Charles Street and are only getting worse.. I have popped a tyre today goin over one.. I will be sending a bill to the council if nothing is done.. its gettin ridiculous

Road Surface broken and turning into potholes, 4th February
At the exit slip from the anticlockwise M60 onto the westbound A580 the road surface is breaking up and beginning to get pot holey. It is dangerous to motorcyclists as when they drive into it it can cause their wheels to get rutted and on occassions drivers swerve to avoid and they move into the path of others.

Problem not resolved yet., 2nd February
The large tree that fell down has not been dealt with by yourselves, what has happened is that 3 different guys have entered your private area to help themselves to the main part of the trunk for firewood. The branches that fell on the other side of the road on private property are still there along with a branch on the road your maintenance guys will have to move to access your building, which more often than not is in the middle of the night! Please will you clear it all.

A572 Worsley Road surface has been breaking up for several months between Ringlow Park Road and Welbeck Road. Several large potholes spread across the carriageway are becoming dangerously large.

Top layer of surface breaking away, 25th January
When leaving M60 at the entrance to this sliproad the surface is breaking up. It’s now so bad that it shakes the suspension on the car like a pothole would. It’s around 1 and a half inches deep in sections. It’s just as you leave the M60 and enter the sliproad. Situation getting worse after recent cold weather and gritting.

Exit slip road, Junction 16 of the M60., 9th January
None of the lights work on the exit slip road of Junction 16 of the M60. These haven't worked for at least 2 years. Some road works were undertaken around this time and I think the lights were switched off as part of this work and never reconnected.

Trree fallen over due to winds and wet weater, 5th January
You have a communication building in the area that the fallen tree was blocking. I was going to contact you about it but yesterday morning there was a truck parked at the entrance and two guys sawing it down. They obviously not from your dept as they just took a lorry load of nice chunks of wood and left the tree still leaning, the branches strewn over the road down to the building, but lots of branches over the other side of the small road which is not your land or so you tell us. It definitely needs sorting and may I say the whole of the wooded area needs checking for the stability of the trees, that one could have hit one on the other side of that little road and pushed others over into Wardley Hall Road. I see from previous reports you have dealt with problems down the road, but another problem is that more trees keep falling over down the embankment and crashing through the fence down towards Wardley Hall, recently just missing a friends car. Please will you take responsibility for the area which has been neglected for years before a serious accident occurs.

M60 junction 15, 1st January
Hello I wanted to report a speed camera has flashed me at morning today 01/01/2024 between 2.30am-3.30pm I think it was m60 junction 15 or towards m61 when I was not even speeding I was only doing abouts 60mph and there were no signs of variable speed etc. I have researched & it says there is a camera that has flashed alot of people who have reported it it highways agency for not even over speeding this is why I wanted to report this so the camera can be checked again as I was not even speeding so it's a bit of a worry for me. Damaged Fence Line, 23rd November
This is the 3rd report at this location with no obvious action taken to remedy the situation. No updates apart from case closed. The boundary fence from the motorway down the embankment to Wardley Hall Road is badly damaged, falling down and in disrepair with large gaps. This is allowing people to climb through and access on to private land and a disabled angling club water with relevant problems of antisocial behaviour, vandalism, litter and poaching of the fishing rights. There is also a concrete retaining wall alongside the road that has a steel hand rail on top of it that stops short of the private fence and this also could do with being blocked off to stop people climbing up to access the broken fence line. This as been an ongoing issue for nearly 2 years and the angling club would like to have it resolved. Thank You.
