Zebra crossing needs repainting and signage, 11th April
I live close to the zebra crossing on St Mary's Rd and use it several times a week, with my young children. Recently almost every time that we're stood waiting to cross, cars drive straight through rather than stopping. The road markings need repainting and better signage is needed to make drivers aware of the need to stop. This crossing is used heavily by children with it's proximity to the park, community centre and schools/nurseries.

Dangerous pavement that is almost non-existent, 15th March
The pavement on Kingswood Rd is completely churned up and dangerous. My elderly mum has to walk on the road as the pavement is not fit for walking on. The problem is all the way next to the old hospital walls on Kingswood Rd and West Rd. It looks like it's never had a proper surface, and gets worse every winter as the surface freezes and crumbles.
Please can someone help? It's a busy footpath and it's only a matter of time before someone is hurt.
Thanks.

IX Wireless telegraph pole 1ft from wall, 5th March
This is a narrow road, and a bus route - so people do park up on the kerbs to allow traffic to pass. IX Wireless have made a narrow pavement even more narrow by not placing the pole up against the wall. This makes the area harder than it needs to be to navigate with prams / children.

Extremely loud noisy grid manhole cover, 19th February
Hi there. please see below for explanation of complaint.
Every time a vehicle drives over this manhole grid, it makes an extremely loud noisy sound. it happens every few seconds especially during busy times/ heavy traffic.
There are 5 grids, and the grid making the noise appears to be the 2nd from the left - please see photo that was taken from hampden rd/ heywood road junction. the others grids next to it are not doing the same. if this area is inspected, it will quickly be apparent which one is faulty and causing the disturbance. please fix this faulty grid asap many thanks

Massive pothole, 15th February
This pothole has been here for a month. It is very deep. It started when United Utilities brought their heavy machinery to fix a water leak.
I had to move the big pieces of broken tarmac to the side of the road.
Please fix asap as I accidentally walked into it when I was crossing the road at night.

Pedestrians cannot walk down the pavement at 1/3 Overbrook drive due to the way the van is parked plus 3 wheelie bins and a Biffa bin.

A number of potholes at the end of Meadfoot Avenue, 14th February
At the end of Meadfoot Avenue, where it meets Bishops Road, there have appeared a number of potholes, including a number around a metal drain cover, which then is becoming a tyre risk with exposed metal sharp corners. These potholes have grown after the snowy weather. They all need to be filled in properly before they grow any larger.
