Scaffolding fall near miss -, 13th May
Barclay Scaffolding Ltd operating on behalf of Newman Displays for Savoy Theatre stacked a large scaffold pole (approx 15ft) incorrectly. This resulted in it falling and narrowly missing a member of the public whilst they were passing by, the pole hit the backpack she was wearing.
This happened at 08:39 13/05/24 on Strand outside the Coal Hole Pub. CCTV footage has been saved and logged with The Savoy Hotel.

Manhole cover in the middle of the street near the Westminster bin, 13th May
They have done works laying the infrastructure, but when they closed the lid back, it was not closed properly and now every time a car passes over it slams together creating an excessive noise throughout the day and night that makes it impossible to sleep at night

We have seen falling debris from the upper floors onto the pavement. Neighbour at 23 Bury Street heard a loud bang last week of the fallen facade. There are clear marking on the floor showing the impact of the debris on the pavement.

Sofra restraint blocked sewege drains, 13th May
Sofra toilet drain is flooding into the street causing toxic smell, damage to neighbour shops and we are all at sanitary risk more so considering they are a restaurant.

Opposite 56 Delancey Street., 13th May
This slow down traffic sign has not been operational since at least last year! I reported this months ago, you advised me that the order for new lights was pending. Why has this not been fixed yet? Unacceptable. There have been several serious accidents on this street, Delancey St in the past couple of months alone - from speeding traffic! These accidents caused by no traffic signs, have resulted in life changing injuries and possibly deaths, caused from this terrible negligence. I have reported it to the police and I will report it again. Inform them still nothing has been fixed! How can you possibly let this remain out of order?? There is no traffic regulation. Extremely poor. Which date is this finally getting fixed?? I will not hesitate to report this to a bigger government authority and the media.
