No pedestrian cycle, 14th May
The traffic lights are skipping the pedestrian crossing phase so pedestrians have to take their chances when there is a break in traffic. This is increasing risk for local residents and thousands of students and staff travelling to and from the nearby university. I believe a similar report was raised over a month ago but the fault has still not been addressed.

Tactile paving on access panels installed incorrectly, 14th May
Tactile paving at dropped kerb has been installed incorrectly, leading to a discontinuation in the tactile zone which would prove confusing to a visually impaired user relying on it for a safe crossing.
The paving is part of access panels in the pavements, which have been repositioned the wrong way around. These are not slabs fixed onto the ground.
