Unsafe broken fence, 1st May
Fence is very high from the ground maybe 30-50 m up. It’s broken and not fixed to the ground properly. It is a real hazard. It needs to be fixed or removed. Three clanking manhole covers on Gloucester Place / Blandford Street junction, 1st May
There are now three clanking manhole covers on Gloucester Place / Blandford Street junction. One, reported a while ago, was covered with tarmac which stopped the noise temporarily. Now, with the wear and tear caused by vehicles driving over it, the noise is back. There is a double manhole cover in front of 35 Gloucester Place which is clanking badly. Sleep is impossible. Please fix urgently. Thank you
