The puddle here leads to pedestrians getting splashed by passing motorists and having to jump across the puddle to cross the street. There are two issues: Part of the puddle is directly above a drain which clearly doesn't work. The part to the west of the zebra crossing is due to bad grading and water will remain here for days after a rainfall.
You can clearly see the wet pavement where water has splashed up from the puddle (the rain had stopped perhaps 30 minutes before the photo was taken)

Homeless and dog, 29th April
Another tent with a homeless person in it has strong me up on Berners st. Again, several people using it. And there is a man with a very large dog who visits and causes upset. Arguing and shouting.

Tree pruning required, 29th April
Please could you prune the large tree (on the pavement) in the attached photo? It is outside the REAR of 43 - 44 Hamilton Gardens. If you come and stand outside 15 Hamilton Gardens (NW8 9PU) you will see that it is very full and takes a huge amount of light. The tree to the right of it (within the garden of 45 Hamilton Gardens) was pruned today and it has made an enormous difference to the street. Thank you very much.

Pedestrian Obstruction - unable to use footpath, 29th April
This structure has been in place for over 3 weeks and not acting as anything whatsoever, it is merely collecting rubbish and not supporting anything. This is impeding those using wheelchair or registered disabled from using the footpath. It is dangerous to walk in the roads and there is no other way for less abled to people to get through on this path. This is on the corner of Kingly Street/Beak Street.

Open rubbish left every day from flat 36, 29th April
Loose bags left every day that blow all over the road or opened by foxes. It then blows all over the road and the road sweepers spend a lot of wasted time cleaning it up. Cameras are 25m away and bins are only 50 m away . This is a young person without any disabilities just lazy

URGENT: dangerous diversion, 29th April
A diversion has been set up on Cleveland Street against the normal flow of the one way street. There should be temporary traffic lights at the junction with Mortimer street instead vehicles are driving over the junction. I have already seen a near miss with 2 pedestrians who are obeying the green man.
