Plympton Street Urine On White Wall Corner Pavement, 29th April
Please can you help jetwash the urine from the pavement in the white wall corner of Plympton Street as is smells and the kids play here. The protective barrier stopped the person going in the corner, but they went to the left side of it and were adamant they weren't breaking any laws. Unfortunately they present their privates when people are walking by which is also a criminal offence. Many thanks for all your help.

Dumping of waste food and habitual feeding of pigeons etc, 29th April
Here in the BROADLEY STREET GARDENS AREA; there has been and still is a habitual and intentional/deliberat dumping of waste food and obsessive feeding of pigeons, squirrels and other birds, and Now even the Foxes get fed.
I keep seeing all kinds of people, young and old, blatantly sitting there in broad daylight, often with their kids, and throwing bread & biscuits at the pigeons; all day, every day; and also, the older women keep on bring into the gardens wash bowls of wasted bread, rice, noodle, and all sorts, and just openly dumping it at the base of various trees. Lately I seen RATS in there after dark; feeding. Also, numerous males keep on using the place as a public urinal, I see them all the time, a LOT after dark, waltzing in there and urinating all over the place; especially within the children's play areas.
Surely Westminster can do something about these problems; we keep getting individuals defalcating all around here after dark.
Also, there is/are individuals here all around this place who are here illegally, UNDER THE RADAR, and I've been seeing one guy in particular who arrived here in 2020 who clearly is from Eastern Europe and living on the street here, in the gardens; he is clearly destitute, not from here, and an obvious illegal. He has stolen shopping items from my doorstep a few times too, I put down 16 cans of PepsiMax one time, while I went to the wc, when I came back out for them they'd gone, it was him, bcoz I saw him looking at me from the gardens across the Rd.
I know, this report is a bit mixed, and I'm sorry for that; but this area has got serious problems that would blow your minds at WCC. Thanks for listening, and helping, if you can.

Sweeping street, 28th April
Hello I swept a section of Headfort Place last weekend. It is not been properly swept at the top end by the Peninsula Hotel where the building works are taking place at 6 Grosvenor Place straddling through to Headfort Place.
The pavements have algae on them. There are fag ends, weeds. It’s a mess. I have removed what I can but the contractors need to be sweeping the road as they are bring muck and dirt to the street and more people likely to drop rubbish.
