Overgrown hedges completely blocking pavement, 5th May
Overgrown hedges from private property on Westbourne terrace is completely blocking the public pavement at multiple sections of the street. This is a serious health and safety issue as the branches are sharp and may poke eyes, and also forces pedestrians to step into the street with oncoming traffic which is highly dangerous. This needs to be fixed as soon as possible
