Bus stop on south Ealing Road towards A4, 1st May

Wed, 01 May 2024 08:32:08 +0100
51.492109 -0.304144

This is a consistent issue where the bins are full and spilling over into the road. It is firstly disgusting and secondly a breeding ground for rodents. Please can this be sorted and can a longer-term solution be found as this seems to be happening almost weekly.

Apple Garth the left as you come into the road, 30th April

Tue, 30 Apr 2024 16:23:17 +0100
51.493613 -0.302451

These trees are so high and also all the sap that is falling plus the twigs etc causing this to drop on cars parked, covering vehicles in it. Next to these fence panels where the trees sit behind is a two car bay and the root is coming through the ground, the path is also very damaged, trip hazard. The sap that is falling is everywhere. These trees move so much when it’s windy as they are super over sized and need cutting back. The pavement at the moment can’t be seen. Please address this issue

Pictures attached from google maps to help identify locations. Lots of potholes across all of Harlequin Avenue – Tarmac has worn away, you can clearly see the concrete hardcore exposed . Also near the Sky Exit / Zebra crossing there is a massive dip near the drainage cover. No buses or vehicles use this section due to such a dip, everyone drives on the wrong side of the road to avoid section…… please can we get this section reviewed ASAP before an accident occurs …. Sky Staff are being thrown around in the buses. We really hope one day Harlequin Avenue is resurfaced until then please can we have some spot fixed to avoid damage to our tyres, alloys, suspensions and people . Thank you very much Hounslow Highways Team !!

Constant flytipping and mess at Manor Vale bus stop, 23rd April

Tue, 23 Apr 2024 12:05:36 +0100
51.490514 -0.315691

I'm writing to complain about the lack of street cleansing on Boston Manor Road, particularly around Manor Vale bus stop. People are regularly flytipping next to the Manor Vale bus stop bin, which I was reporting almost every single day. I decided to stop doing so as it was a waste of my time, but no one else seems to be doing so and the streets are constantly a mess. The rubbish gets pulled from the bins into the gardens of my property almost every day, which is increasing foxes and rats around my property. The bins along Boston Manor Road are usually filled to the brim every single day due to there being multiple schools and a university and park, meaning lots of people traffic. Would you consider increasing street cleansing and bin emptying please to avoid this? And perhaps adding a security camera to Manor Vale bus stop to decrease people flytipping. Also, there is a bike dock for electric bikes on Manor Vale road itself, which also increases people traffic on the road yet no one cleans Manor Vale road itself. People who use the bikes dump their rubbish by the bikes / in the bike baskets which is getting blown into our gardens every day. Please can you arrange street cleaning of Manor Vale road too?
