FIXMYSTREET IN SW19 5LT
The following problems have been reported on Fix My Street within 2 miles of SW19 5LT:
6.30am Friday morning outside Lupo & secondbyte, 26th April
Photos show the problem. Daily problem. Pedro knows about this situation. Today isn’t too bad - however it’s still a problem. 8 years it’s been like this - I’ve never complained but since we at Lupo were fined £400 - I’m going to report it every single day.

Daily problems., 23rd April
Every morning there is multiply rubbished dumped here: I own the cafe and people think the rubbish belongs to us, but it isn’t. Please install a camera to prevent this. Pedro came to see me today, he issued a fine on 25th March, £400 we paid it. Billy the road sweeper attends daily and he does a great job cleaning the street, we provide him toilet facilities and treats as and when possible. I think we should be treated fairly here. We use First Mile and I’ve cleaned the street many times, in the past. It would be nice to get a little respect especially as we have been here 8 years, can a manager call me or email me to discuss

Builders' [portable loo] set up on pavement, 20th April
Builders working on 47 Braemar Avenue have a [portable loo] set up on the pavement (rather than in the front garden of the property on which they are working). It has been there at least a week and is not particularly pleasant for passers-by or residents. Perhaps it could be moved on to the property under restoration, as is normal?

Multiple bin bags, including clothing and food dumped and spread on public pavement, 16th April
Multiple bin bags have been dumped including clothing and food on the public pavement. Bags have been broken into by foxes (a recurring problem for all the bags dumped on this road and on the corner to Durnsford Road) which has meant contents are all over the pavement and brought down the street. Residents on Durnsford need bins to stop bags being dumped on the street and this continuing to be a daily occurrence. Merton council needs to do better.

HGV Cut through, 15th April
Merton Road Wandsworth is a residential road, HGV traffic is prohibited from using this road. The MAGNA driver chose to use this road. As I was approaching from the opposite side on the road, he swerved to go around a pedestrianised traffic island, causing me to break harshly. This is extremely poor driving and does not represent a positive image you portray on your website. What a poor standard of driving to simply pull out and go around a complete traffic island on the wrong side of the road.

Abandoned vehicle - previously reported - no action taken, 12th April
This car, registration LC55 VHG, has been abandoned on the double yellow lines on Ashen Grove since 13 March. It has a sticker on the side window stating that Merton Council are aware of the problem... but nothing has been done. It has now been there for 4 weeks - please remove it!
I've reported this problem before, and the status of the report has been altered to Closed, indicating that the problem is considered solved - it is not! The car is still abandoned on double yellow lines at the corner of Ashen Grove and Normanton Avenue.
