Rubbish for a month, 6th May
Dear Merton Council Environmental Services,
I am writing to report a persistent waste disposal issue that has been affecting our area for over a month. There has been a continuous accumulation of rubbish that has not been properly addressed despite my attempts to resolve the issue directly with them a few weeks ago.
The situation has not only become an eyesore but also poses potential health and safety risks. Additionally, other neighbors have expressed their concerns regarding this matter. We feel that the current state of our environment has deteriorated, diminishing the quality of life for all residents involved.
Given the duration and severity of this problem, we kindly request the council's immediate intervention to address this waste issue. We would appreciate if a cleanup operation could be organized at the earliest to help restore the cleanliness and safety of our neighborhood.
Thank you for your attention to this urgent matter. I look forward to your prompt response and action to rectify this situation.

Width restriction - bad design, drivers struggling to get through, 6th May
Good afternoon, I m not a weekend driver who has problems with width restrictions - I usually go through 20-30 mph, no big deal....but this one here is another unbelievable poor designed thing(an other joke one is at the beginning of Lower Morden Lane). I usually travel here regularly, its really a pain and hitting my tyres every time. Especially vans and small trucks (what I drive) - my front left wheel need to go up on the pavement - otherwise I can turn my truck to face the bl**dy thing correctly (thats really safe for sure !). Just would like to congratulate who designed this, give him a golden tape measure so next time he can measure how much space cars need to turn... Thank you - just think about drivers who not drive a mini like Mr. Bean.
Is it possible to make it more "comfortable" for drivers, so don't need to struggle everyday ? Maybe just move them a bit away from the pavement, make it safer for drivers and pedestrians, really appreciated.
