Someone had attached a cone, to a chain round a train, which is now jutting out into the road - causing a traffic issue, 27th April
There is a cone attached to a chain, round a tree, which is well out into the road now, causing a traffic issue. You cannot have two cars on the road, one has to wait for the other to pass. It has been there for a long time, but not so far out into the road.
