Large pothole/raised road surface, 26th April
Very large pothole/raised road surface appeared out of nowhere. It looks a bit like the road surface would by a giant tree root, but I think it's more likely that a very heavy vehicle has displaced some of the subsurface. Large areas affected.

4cm metal rod in pavement, Broseley Grove SE26 5LD, 26th April
Years ago, a large tree was removed from the pavement outside the gate to 63-67 Broseley Grove and rear access gate used by residents (including small children) living in Elvino Road SE26 5LD. Since then the tarmacked surface has sunk revealing what is now a 4cm upright metal rod which is causing a trip hazard when residents put their bins out for collection and when hedge-cutting. We would like this dangerous rod removed please.

Bew Court - rats, 23rd April
I have been complaining about Bew court not being cleaned for months now, and my worst fears have finally come true- we now have rats. I found a dead rat on the stairs this morning as pictured from the filth. The rat has been there since yesterday and nobody has touched it
