Part of a fence has come away from its post - danger to public, 2nd May
A part of a fence on the Rock Hill walkway has come away from its post. The fence is in a generally poor state of repair. It is dangerous as, if it gets worse, people using the walkway at night may not see it and walk into it - it is at up to head level. The danger is exacerbated by the fact that the street light immediately adjacent to the broken piece of fence doesn't work, so at night you cannot see the fence, making an accident more likely.

Missing no cycling sign at top of steep public walkway, 2nd May
There was a "No Cycling" sign at the top of the steep Rock Hill walkway that leads to College Road, it has disappeared. There is one at the bottom of the walkway. I think it's important that cyclists are warned there is an expectation of pedestrians that there won't be cycles being ridden down the steep hill - in any event in my experience pedestrians and cyclists very much peaceably co-exist, the sign should nevertheless be there as II think it encourages caution.
