Accidents always happening., 30th April
Road markings are worn away, level crossing overlooked by motorists, potholes and in my opinion speed restrictions are wrong. This is a terrible junction. With Winn Common Road, just east after the roundabout, opposite Sutcliffe Road and Kings Highway and Swingate Lane too, it’s a busy spot. There are constant driver spats and small accidents but speeding from Kings highway into a roundabout where restriction is 30mph doesn’t make sense especially given the proximity of the 20 mph zone which no one sees as they’re looking out for so many other things. If the 20 mph zone started from east of the roundabout it would be safer, preferably before Swingate Lane. Cars just have too many things going on. With the Tae Kwan Do centre there are also lots of children using the crossing and walkers and dogs heading onto the common. It’s a nightmare waiting to happen all the time. The road markings are so bad you could miss the roundabout all together and that’s the problem.

Landlord of 102 Lakedale road has dumped rubbish from his house and front garden again, 29th April
He dumped this about a week ago. It's unsightly and the bin men won't take it away because it's not in a bin.

Repeated dog fouling in this patch of grass on the pavement, 29th April
There used to be a tree in this patch which was cut down and a patch of grass was left. For the past 5 months there is repeated dog/ fox poo in that patch and it has been left up to us who live here to clean. Today’s picture is the worst it’s been, the patches of brown seen are all poo.
Please can this be fixed by putting pavement over it or spikes put around it or something. It has gotten completely out of hand and is really disgusting and unsanitary for us that live directly in front of it.

Regular fly tipping aspen green, 29th April
Fly tipping of large household furniture fridges, chest of drawers in aspen green. Car regularly pull up to leave rubbish at the entrance to park. Council could invest in camera’s to prevent or identify people doing this instead of putting camera next to areas dedicated to refuse!! Currently three fridge freezers dumped in aspen green and the pile of things grows daily.

Black Bins Not Emptied, 29th April
The black bins along the entire length of Plumstead High Street from Camrose Street down to Woodhurst Road have not been emptied . The road works that have blighted this are for weeks were cleared away on Friday. The blue and green bins have been emptied so it is not clear why the black bins have not been emptied.

Weed clearing, 29th April
Today men have been down Tavistock Road, not doing the weeding on side of road completely missed this road having been down Charmouth and Wrotham Road. He has taken video from his doorbell and will be sending in. This has not been weeded since last year and is in need of attention. Please can someone visit the site to look
