The council are still storing rubbish in this area which is encouraging fly tipping, 30th April
The council are still storing rubbish in this area which is encouraging fly tipping. There have been numerous reports highlighting this issue, and especially that the area is not suitable for bins since it is encouraging fly tipping, it is a danger to schoolchildren, there have been sharp dangerous objects dumped here, and rats have been seen. All of these reports have recently been removed despite the problem not being fixed. Your replied to me by email saying "The Following our investigation, no action can be taken because it is the responsibility of non-local authority or privately owned/operated organisation. Your case is closed". Please explain what this means and please explain if the council proposes to remove all the fly tipped dangerous rubbish currently there. Your response misses the point that that the council store rubbish in this area on a daily basis which is encouraging fly tipping. Please explain why rubbish can't be stored away from the school?

Excessive waste, 29th April
There is continually excessive amounts of waste left out the front of these buildings. The bins are not being emptied often enough and a s a result animals and homeless people are pulling apart the bags and making a bigger mess. There is often large items left on the footpath and the bins, when they are emptied are not put back in the right spots (often left in the middle of the footpath). Also when the bins are emptied items that are outside the bin (because the bins are full) are simply left on the street.

Dog mess, 28th April
Hi, people are not picking up after their dogs. They let the dogs off leash and wonder off like they are not with the dog. There is dog mess all over the park. Please can you put up “pick up after your dog” signs. There appear to be none. Maybe keep dogs on leash signs too might help. It’s getting worse every day. People don’t care about keeping the community nice and clean.
