Dog fouling continues, 15th April
Dog walkers are still using the garden space between Lenthall House, Lowther House and Moyle House as a toilet for their dogs. They leave excrement around the green space and close to resident’s properties. When the grass is mown, the excrement is chopped up and flys around and gets spread further around the space. Residents who don’t know this and who come and sit on the grass, don’t know know they’re sitting amongst dog excrement, a totally unhealthy environment for people, children and babies who sit directly on the grass. People leave with excrement on their shoes, spreading it around further. Residents who used to sit on the grass before the pandemic now no longer use it as they can see what’s going on. One particular offender doesn’t even live on the estate. He knows he can get away with it, as he can probably see that the council doesn’t care. Despite reporting this issue, the council has made no changes, no excrement collection or bin, or bags on hand, or new signs deterring offenders or even cctv. No effort whatsoever. Not even letters across the estate. But I’m not surprised really, because the council doesn’t seem to care about the increase in the problem on the streets of Pimlico at all either, where excrement on the pavements is now a foul feature of living here. The council must take this problem seriously and solve it, otherwise it is showing it doesn’t care about its residents, their health, or their safety. Or preserving the area. Please do something about it ASAP and raise your standards, and contribute to the betterment of your country rather than its continual decline.
