Bins left on pavement 24/7 creating issues for disabled neighbours on Ormiston Road, 8th April
Most of the residents along this stretch of Ormiston Road (adjacent to Westerdale Road) never take their bins back in after bin day which is on a Monday.
All their bins (including recycling and composting) are left on the pavement 24 hours a day seven days a week!
As a disabled person, it is extremely tricky and can be dangerous to navigate. I sometimes have to go onto the road just to get around the bins.
Please please please can neighbours act with consideration for others, not everyone is as able-bodied or mobile as you are so please spare a thought for the blind or partially sighted, wheelchair users, or even baby buggies.
This has been going on for about a year now.

2 shopping trolleys of rubbish. Clearly the same person/people are doing this time and time again it must be someone local.
There is CCTV directly above the 1st shopping trolley (probably owned by the old library) Please could the council put some effort into tracking down and fining the people who keep doing this. Otherwise it will keep happening

Willis House Garden full of trash, 5th April
Dear Council Member,
The garden outside the willis house is poorly maintained and is full of trash lying there for many days now. Its badly impacting the cleanliness of the area and will also potentially create hygienic issues.
Not just the garden, the ugly looking pit has also become a dumping ground for trash and some action should be taken to review the design and thought process behind the design.
Looking forward to some resolution.

Caradoc Street litter not fixed, 4th April
I have reported this problem twice now, and your website updated my report as being fixed. This is not true. The same rubbish lines the sidewalks, the pavement edges, and in between cars. The road has not been swept for properly for two weeks, or litter picked, including litter in between the cars. Your road sweepers when here, lazily drag their brush along the floor, without properly sweeping the litter, and they never litter pick in between cars. There is paper, and chicken and chips boxes, and other rubbish littering the entirety of Caradoc Street. The rubbish has become soaked into the pavement and road edges because of the rain. You will need a scraper to remove the rubbish and litter. Some cans, and boxes of chicken and chips have been there for two weeks, so please do not lie and say that the job has been fixed when it clearly has not. The end of Caradoc Street entering Banning Street SE10 also has embedded rubbish due to the rain, around the light poles etc. We pay our council tax and deserve a better response. Before you close this as fixed, please have a supervisor double check the clean up, and please ensure future cleans are thorough. Focus more on the end of Caradoc Street towards Banning Street.

Fly tipping and Rubbish not collected by council, 2nd April
Rubbish has been fly tipped on the corner of Glenforth and Tunnel Avenue (black bags) and also the council have neglected to remove rubbish bags (green bags) that have been outside a residential property next to the fly tipping location for over 4 weeks now.
Both sets of bags have been split open and the contents are strewn across the grass and in the road. It is encouraging rats in the area!
