Overflowing bins left on pavement all the time Please tell residents of 12 and 14 to put away their bins It’s littering the street, attracts vermines and rats They have the space to put their bins away by their property I have reported this on many occasions Please act accordingly As per Brent council website, bins MUST be put away. These are the only people who don’t respect the area
