Please see attached photo. This is becoming a bit of a nightmare lately. The bin needs to be emptied more frequently. We also need it to be visually monitored as people are just dumping stuff on the pavement causing a trip hazard.

I am writing to bring attention to a safety concern regarding the tree leaves along [specific road segment]. The overgrown leaves have significantly reduced visibility for pedestrians and are making it difficult to safely use the sidewalk. Walking along this stretch feels like navigating blindfolded due to the obstructing foliage. Many pedestrians, including parents with pushchairs, are forced to walk on the main road to avoid the low-hanging branches, which poses serious risks. I kindly request that the council arranges for the trimming of these tree leaves to ensure the safety and accessibility of this pathway for all pedestrians.
