There is a very deep pothole in the middle of the road in front of 49 Essex Park (the house next door to mine), 5th April
This pothole is quite narrow but very sudden and very deep and very sharp. It is unexpected as the surrounding road surface is fairly ok. It is of particular danger to cyclists, motorcyclists, and pedestrians - especially after dark. It is in front of 49 Essex Park (nextdoor to me) which is a residential care home for adults with physical and learning disabilities. This part of the road is in constant use by families walking and driving and cycling to Moss Hall School nearby. My husband is in his mid-nineties but he goes out walking on his own and might trip on the pothole. I do not know how long the issue has been present but I'm sure it has suddenly got much worse, or suddenly appeared, but I first noticed it one week ago when my car's wheels banged hard on it.
