This is disgusting. The bins haven't been collected since well before the Bank Holiday weekend. Rats and foxes have been getting into the trash.

Outside the Cloisters, Gordon Square, 8th May
Hi, this is linked to my previous report 5437988. It looks like nothing ended in April and the company Conway use this area like storage and leaves their equipment here in front of our building. Every morning before 8am, they come with their vehicle to collect their stuff and make noise so I wake up. Council and the company should have considered there are people who live at Cloisters. What is the rationale behind so our area is used for this despite there is no work to be done in front of our building?

Filthy Mattress fly tipped between 27 - 28 Eagle wharf Road, 7th May
As returning back home, I noticed at 23:40 a mattress had been left on the wall in between 27 - 28 Eagle wharf Road. This seems to be re-occurring issue on this road. Can this get sorted with immediate effect.

Blocked drain outside St. Luke’s and the adjacent petrol station, 7th May
There is a blocked drain/drainage issue here and a large puddle forms and stays put whenever it rains. Has also caused damage further along. Been like this for a couple of years. Please investigate. Thanks.

Building entrance is blocked by a rough sleeper, 7th May
This area is commonly occupied by drug dealers and people who take drugs. Especially in the evening times. At night, there is a person (one of the drug takers) who sleeps by the door of 1 waterson street building's entrance a few times a week.

Sewage pipe block flooding outside ground flat exit, 7th May
Due to heavy rain I called Thames water on 6.05.24 to unblock drain as it an emergency matter of sewage water flooding which, was reported to council officer on 2.05.24. Thames water did NOT do anything because they say it is Hackney brought pipe.

These two bikes have been abandoned outside Block 2 Falcon Point since last week . Bikes are constantly dumped in this area as it's handy for Blackfriars Station. . Never any attempt to collect them
