My girlfriend was out at 15:45. The binmen who were out on the round near Victoria park at exactly this time, harassed my girlfriend and made her feeling very uncomfortable. This was the second harassment of the day leading to her to tears.

On Red Path E9 5TJ cycle path and pedestrian path. The lighting opposite number 17 has not been coming on at night is is very dark. Does it need replacing?

Nuisance smells, 26th April
Very strong used cooking oil odour. This is a daily occurrence. The smell is so overwhelming that I cannot open the windows of my property. The smell interferes with the quality of life of the locals not to mention the potential health risks.
