This is a constant issue for residents at Imperial Court. Southwark Council residents in Danny McCarthy Court constantly leave food and other waste (including furniture) outside the DMC bin store. Rats and cockroaches have been seen in the vicinity. Can Southwark Council put CCTV up and let residents know it is being monitored? Would this stop it from happening?

Flat block vibrates when heavy vehicles like bus go past., 1st April
Calder Court has been experiencing vibrating for many months now, whenever a heavy vehicle like the C10 bus or coaches pass by the stretch of road opposite Calder Court, Canada Wharf and The Blacksmith Arms pub. The problem is more noticeable lately ie the vibration is felt deeper in our building.
Southwark Council had previously solved the problem by resurfacing a specific stretch of road between Calder Court and the Blacksmith Arms. Please could that be done again?
Would very much like to avoid structural damage and a potential Grenfell type disaster that affects an entire block of people. Thank you.
